Partners & Organization Care and further development of relationships with our partners Acceptance, prioritization and processing of partner requests Coordination and forwarding of tasks to internal areas Tracing and documentation of open processes Two. Business Administration & Preparing Accounting Creation of invoices and invoice corrections Conting, testing and digital recording of input invoices Management and maintenance of accounting master data Support and maintenance of electronic time recording
2. Digital Processes & ERP Support Active cooperation in the optimization and further development of our ERP system Analysis, Improvement and Documentation of Digital Workflows Ensuring high data quality and structured processes Identification of digitalization potentials and designing efficient workflows

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Experience in customer/partner care, billing or operational coordination of advantage High technical affinity and interest in digitized processes Self-employed, structured and responsible work Safe, friendly appearance and joy in dealing with partners Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with ERP systems desirable desire to take responsibility and actively contribute to the improvement of internal processes
