As part of the transfer of workers (with takeover or We are looking for a home technician (m/w/d) for a project assignment at our customers in Hamburg.

What activities do you expect?

• Own-responsibility of carrying out maintenance orders taking into account recognised technical standards • Examinations by professional regulations for different types of objects • Ensuring operational readiness and safety of technical equipment through proactive maintenance, inspections and rapid response to disturbances • Diagnosis of deficiencies and introduction of targeted measures to remedy • execution, documentation and tracking of maintenance, inspection and repair work • coordination and control of external service providers: accompaniment, instruction, quality control and acceptance of services • Creation of technical protocols and documentation • Participation in the malfunction service to respond quickly and efficiently to technical problems • Implementation and compliance of safety and accident prevention measures to ensure a safe working environment

• training and support of our service specialists in systems such as fire alarm systems (BMA), packaging stations, building control technology and MSR technology • Analysis and diagnosis of complex fault images for rapid damage elimination

• technical understanding
• works independently, carefully and forward-looking and is a real team player
• is safe in handling MS-Office
• the planned participation in call-ready services/emergency services is positive after the incorporation
• Class B driving licence
