You clarify, structure and prioritize incoming orders to the FITKO with our clients (including IT Planning Council) and continuously develop the process. In cooperation with the expert: raises and analyzes technical requirements, translate them into implementable performance descriptions and set the basis for decision-making for management and bodies. Your core tasks include managing and moderating cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring transparent communication throughout the order clarification process. You accompany the order implementation and the ongoing coordination of the extent, quality, dates and dependencies over the entire order life cycle – from the first idea to the decision-making to the transfer to the implementation. In addition, you are responsible for the care, quality assurance and further development of the order-related information and workflows in the work environment, as well as the development and optimization of processes, methods and standards of order clarification and project management. Together with colleagues, you develop and establish escalation and risk procedures for projects and initiate suitable measures for target deviations or depriorisation needs. FITKO is a joint implementation unit of the IT Planning Council. Therefore, if necessary – in accordance with the decisions of the IT Planning Council and its strategic priorities – you also take on cross-disciplinary tasks.

You have a completed academic degree (master or university degree) as well as several years of professional experience in the field of administrative science, economic or administrative informatics, humanities or social sciences, process or quality management, a comparable field of expertise. Alternatively, you have a Bachelor, Master or FH degree as well as relevant, detectable skills at master level and at least five years of professional experience in a correspondingly qualified activity. You bring several years of experience in project, portfolio, process management and business analysis, ideally in the context of digital transformation or IT projects. You are interested in the design and development of governance and control processes; Knowledge of processes in public administration is advantageous. In addition, you have very high communication, consulting and moderation competencies, as well as the ability to capture complex facts, to convey them to the address and to translate them into implementable solutions. You are a team player and have strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills, as well as the pleasure of advancing topics in a structured and independent manner. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1 level) are a must.
