Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Responsibility for the operational procurement and disposition of production materials, components and assemblies for our defense projects Implementation of the procurement strategies and conditions defined by strategic purchasing in operational daily business Creation and processing of orders and delivery calls and monitoring of order confirmations Ensuring demand-oriented and timely material supply for production and assembly Continuous monitoring of delivery dates, quantities and availability of materials and early detection of supply bottlenecks Active timing tracking for suppliers as well as the initiation and follow-up of appropriate measures in the event of delays or misuses Coordination of delivery quantities and delivery dates with suppliers as well as internal interfaces from production, logistics, quality and purchasing Maintenance and monitoring of procurement and disposition-relevant master data in the ERP system Processing of deviations in orders, order confirmations and deliveries as well as support in the clarification of invoice differences Support for strategic project acquisition in supplier scales and implementation of supply security measures Creation and maintenance of overviews and key figures for material supply, timing and critical procurement volumes

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Successfully completed commercial or technical training, for example as an industrial businessman/wife, merchant/wife for wholesale and foreign trade management or a comparable qualification Professional experience in operational purchasing, material disposition or supply chain management, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company Good knowledge of order processing, material requirements planning and delivery date monitoring Experience in handling ERP systems, ideally Infor LN, as well as safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Good understanding of production and material supply processes Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed sense of time and responsibility as well as a structured and reliable way of working Communication strength and enforcement capability in handling suppliers and internal interfaces Ability to set priorities and act in a solution-oriented manner even in short-term needs changes and delivery bottlenecks Team skills and joy in actively shaping processes and structures in a growing business environment
