Nurse for our nursing home community (m/f/d)

For our nursing community in Riesa, we are looking for a dedicated nursing staff (m/w/d) in full time with 38 hours per week at the next possible time. The focus of your work is the individual care of our residents and professional care, which is oriented towards the personal needs of each individual. They work in the three-layer system, including weekend services, and become part of a team that supports each other and places value on good cooperation.

Your duties

• Implementation of professional care according to current standards

• Individual care and support of our residents in everyday life

• Planning, implementation and documentation of care measures

• Use of our digital care documentation via iPads

• Cooperation with doctors, therapists and other external professional groups

• Supporting our residents in a self-determined everyday life

This will bring you

• A completed three-year training in nursing or nursing

• Joy in dealing with people and respectful dealing with our residents

• Teamability, reliability and a positive basic setting

• Willingness to work in the three-shift system including weekend services

• Class B driving licence

• German knowledge at least at level B1

For reasons of standardised quality assurance, the presentation of a police guide certificate is a prerequisite for the recruitment. This must not be older than three months. Please take care of the application in time.
