Consultancy and support of medium-sized enterprises and their owners on special business and tax matters, as well as the tax declaration advice; Themes are restructuring, business and real estate transactions, cross-border issues, emerging issues and investment tax law Preparation of presentations and opinions on design proposals and individual tax questions Implementation of Tax Compliance Management Processes Creation of special tax returns (e.g. inheritance tax returns) Monitoring of tax audits Conducting extrajudicial/judicial appeal proceedings

incoming completion or completed tax advisor exams, also professional beginners Joy in developing individual solutions for clients committed, structured and independent working and entrepreneurial thinking very good knowledge of German in word and writing very good handling of MS-Office and ideally with DATEV Not all points are on you?
