Customer Operations Manager / Order Processing & Sales Support (Part-time) (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the complete order processing together with our contractual partners – from the offer creation to the contract management to the accounting – and ensure smooth processing. You are a central contact person in customer projects – always solution-oriented, friendly and professional. Supplier orders, articles and entry bookings in the goods management system are handled efficiently and independently. You take responsibility for internal and external projects in order processing, control processes autonomously and coordinate all relevant interfaces.

You have a completed commercial training, or a similar qualification. You bring at least two years of professional experience in a similar position. You are available at least 15-20 hours a week in the morning Analyzing existing processes, identifying potential for improvement and developing sustainable process solutions to increase efficiency and quality is one of your strengths. You convince by your organizational skills, your pronounced communication strength and your contact-loving way. At the same time, you value the team's collaboration and you like to actively participate. You are safe in handling the MS Office programs and have a hand for IT systems. Very good German knowledge (at least C1).
