As a machine operator (m/w/d), you are a central part of the production process. At the Lüdenscheid site, you work together with a motivated team to produce high-quality products efficiently and reliably. You control and monitor modern production facilities and ensure that all processes work smoothly. The use is carried out in shift operation with early, late and night layers in a weekly change.

Your job as a machine operator (m/w/d) in Lüdenscheid:

• Operation and monitoring of production facilities to ensure smooth operation
• Implementation of quality tests and documentation of results
• Identification and independent elimination of disturbances in the production process
• Compliance with all applicable safety and hygiene guidelines
• Participation in optimizing production processes at the site

We are looking for

• Technical or production training of advantage, but no condition
• Good German skills for everyday work
• First experience in production or machine operation desirable
• Technical understanding and safe handling of machines
• Structured, reliable operation and initiative
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system
