As HR Business Partner, you design HR work pragmatically and effectively. Instead of high-end theory, you rely on reliability, clarity and feasibility. You're questioning existing ones, grabbing and developing processes that work in everyday life.

In this role, you work closely with management and executives and take responsibility for professional, consistent and future-oriented personnel work – with a special focus on building and harmonizing our HR processes at the locations of Freiburg and Schwerin.

Your focus at a glance: Advice on management and management in all personal questions, as well as active support for organi­tional and human activities You make sure that the personnel strategy is consistent with the objectives of the enterprise, and that it will guide concrete and feasible measures for practical purposes. Processing of labour law issues based on statutory requirements, collective agreements and business agreements Full recruitment of new employees, from need clarification to successful integration Professional onboarding to integrate new employees structured, efficient and sustainable Close, constructive cooperation with the works council Internal process optimization as well as active co-design and association of HR processes across both sites

Complete economic studies or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in HR, ideally in a generalist role or as HR Business Partner Reliable, structured and independent functioning and endurance and enforcement Knowledge of working law and a sense of practical solutions Analytical thinking and the ability to clearly structure and impart complex attitudes Very good knowledge of German and secure communication on at least C1 level in professional contexts
