As HR Business Partner, you design HR work pragmatically and effectively. Instead of high-end theory, you rely on reliability, clarity and feasibility. You're questioning existing ones, grabbing and developing processes that work in everyday life.

In this role, you work closely with management and executives and take responsibility for professional, consistent and future-oriented personnel work – with a special focus on building and harmonizing our HR processes at the locations of Freiburg and Schwerin.
