Civil Engineer as Project Manager for Island and Coastal Construction Sites (m/f/d)

› Project planning and control › Professional, appointment- and quality-controlled implementation of the projects › Independent management of our construction measures in water construction, civil engineering and civil engineering, in particular on the East Frisian Islands (predominant Wangerooge, Norderney) and the coastal sites we serve (Norddeich and Bensersiel) › Creation of performance directories and construction descriptions, as well as other relevant documents › Preparation and implementation of awards by VOB or similar directives to procurement › Appointment and accompaniment of specialist offices, architects, construction companies... › (including) costing, performance/invoicing control, follow-up management › Contact person for authorities, applications for authorisations, statistical surveys, notifications to approval authorities and other competent authorities and authorities › Option to take over other areas of responsibility

› Successfully completed studies as a civil engineer (w/m/d) Department of Water Engineering, Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering, Building Knowledge › Multiannual professional experience in the construction and/or project management, as well as the planning, organisation and monitoring of complex construction projects in water construction, port construction, construction engineering or civil engineering, construction experience › Experience in the execution planning and tendering of measures using the applicable procurement law such as VOB, NTVerG, SektVO. UVGO etc. and the application of HOAI › Self-employed and efficient working, organisational skills, resilience and team-oriented work as well as willingness to participate in training measures to develop › Readiness to travel to the construction sites on site › Enforced Leader Personality › Good computer skills and safe handling of MS Office applications, experiences with “RIB i TWO” › Minimum Class B driving licence › Good communication skills and reliable German language skills (mind. C1 level)
