Senior Physician Palliative Medicine (m/f/d)

Our client, the clinics of the county Lörrach GmbH, ensures medical care in the south of Baden-Württemberg in municipal support. At present three locations, more than 24,700 stationary and around 60,000 outpatient patients are supplied annually. The district hospital Lörrach is an academic teaching hospital at the University of Freiburg. With around 2,200 employees, the clinic network is in an exciting development phase: In 2027 a modern new building with around 650 plan beds in Lörrach will be purchased, which opens up new structural and medical possibilities.

You take over the construction, development and medical management of Palliative Medicine at the Lörrach site. You are responsible for the medical care and treatment of palliative patients at a high level. You work closely and interdisciplinaryly with internal medicine, care, psychology, pastoral care, and other disciplines. You develop and implement modern palliative medical treatment concepts as well as appropriate quality standards. You actively shape patient-centered supply structures and implement them together with the team.

You are a specialist (m/w/d) with additional name Palliativmedizin. You have at least six months of clinical experience at a palliative station. You are motivated to actively shape the construction and structural development of a palliative station. You bring significant communicative and empathic skills in dealing with patients, patients and relatives. You are characterized by a team-oriented and responsible way of working. You are interested in in interdisciplinary cooperation and supply development.

A special design task with the possibility of actively building up the field of palliative medicine. You will get a high design space in the development of modern supply concepts.
