In your role as a ''Working Student Training Development (m/w/d)'' our team will support you in the design, planning and implementation of training and further development measures for colleagues: Inside the BAUHAUS Fachcentren and in the Service Center Germany. You carry out various tasks in the organisation of external training, including the search for appropriate providers, the collection and comparison of offers, the coordination with the departments, the booking and the follow-up of training. You work supportively in the billing workflow by managing invoices, checking and ensuring tracking.

You are enrolled in a course of studies such as economic education, (personal) psychology or a comparable course of study and ideally have first experiences in personnel development or the organisation of training. You convince by organizational talent and the ability to keep an overview, track tasks in a structured manner and implement them precisely. Handling PowerPoint or other organization tools is familiar to you. Your communication skills and very good knowledge of German in word and writing distinguish you. You are available for 18 hours per week (on 2-3 days).
