The Driving Approval Authority is a property of the Driving Approval and Authorisation Department of the Civil and Ordinance Office. The area of responsibility includes the issue of driving licences, taxi and car rental concessions, exceptions to the ban on Sundays and holidays, as well as the travel regulations.

Representation of the management of the driving licence authority as well as representation of the position of the handling of road vehicles in case of absence (this does not include the implementation of personnel talks such as LoB, BVG, etc.) Alignment of the multiple operator's right (point system) as well as trial time cases (property to test) Testing of suitability of driving licence holders Approval of applications (including initial allocation, extension, renewal and transfer of licences) Processing and decision in case of requests for renewal of the licence Working up current case law

Occupation: career examination for the middle general administrative service or Employees: a completed relevant three-year administrative training (e.g. administrative staff or specialist staff for office communication) Additionally required: multiannual, relevant professional experience (from 2 years) well-founded MS Office knowledge Teamability, loadability and safe occurrence good oral and written expressability Screenability It is also desirable: Management and leadership experience Willingness to participate in seminars, conferences and working groups Knowledge of driving licence law basic medical understanding and application of this knowledge in the legal context of road traffic law
