• Keep an overview of consumables, furniture and spare parts and ensure a smooth reorder.
• Care for order, control and movement in the warehouse – from receipt of goods, professional storage to regular damage testing.
• Accompanying subcontractors on the premises, coordinate their activities and be a reliable contact person.
• Document all goods movements and stocks directly and carefully in the ERP system for maximum transparency.
• ‡ Lead complaints in a solution-oriented way for clarification and actively contribute to the rapid problem solving.
• ️ Excess responsibility for the furniture stock and the inventory as a conscientious inventory officer. Your profile
• Complete training in the warehouse or logistics area – alternatively a technical background.
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision of advantage) as well as safe handling with MS Office.
• Technical understanding of drawings and processes in the warehouse as a logical system.
• Ideally possession of a fork certificate.
• Structured, reliable and independent working, even in turbulent situations.
• You're a team player with an engagement and convince with very good German and solid English skills (mind. B2). You can look forward to this:
