Our mandate is a modern, fast-growing pharmaceutical company specializing in the field of prescription-free medicines (OTC) and innovative dietary supplements. The company has been awarded several times for its brands and its innovative business model (including 'Wachstumschampion im Apothekenmarkt'). At the Berlin site, it works with about 50 employees and is looking for new employees due to company growth. Ensuring the operation and security of the entire IT landscape (M365/Azure) and control of external service providers Core Infrastructure & Cloud: Administration of the entire M365/Azure environment, administration of access (MFA, SSO) and terminal equipment (Intune/MDM) Endpoint & Application Management: Management, packeting and patching of terminal software; Support for all central specialist applications (ERP, e-commerce, etc.) Networking & Security: Operation of Network Infrastructure (Firewall, VPN); Implementation of security controls and measures Service Delivery: Ensuring 2nd/3rd level support and helpdesk control; Maintenance of CMDB, inventory and central IT documentation Vendors & Projects: Coordination of all external service providers/partners; Management and support of IT projects (migrations, rollouts) Compliance & Data Protection: Ensuring GDPR compliance and exam maturity; Ensure business continuity (BC/DR) by backup/restore processes Bonus: experiences with ERP/E-commerce stacks as well as identity & access governance (SSO, automation)

At least 5 years of practice in IT system administration, ideally in SMEs/Scale-up environments Founded practice with Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra, Intune/Autopilot and Windows 10/11 Solid understanding of networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN) and security tools (EDR, MFA, backups) Experience in operation and troubleshooting of SaaS and on-premise integrations Confidence with data protection (GDPR) and compliance in the EU (ISO 27001 of advantage) High service orientation, structured approach and very good documentation capabilities Experience with virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V/Proxmox) desirable German and English
