HSE-Expert / Arbeitssicherheit (m|w|d) Job ID 77379 | Location Crailsheim Your duties In your role, you have the task of consulting the employer at the Crailsheim site for occupational safety and accident prevention in all matters of occupational safety and performing the activities in accordance with ASIG § 6. You are responsible for identifying risks and developing risk mitigation measures. You conduct training on HSE topics. In addition, you support the creation of HSE reports and analyses. Cooperation with the business units to ensure that HSE best practices are applied is also an important part. You are responsible for implementing HSE strategies and programs at the Crailsheim site; in addition, You also support further Voith Turbo sites in Germany.

Your profile You have a degree to the technician, master or a degree in the field of HSE and also have training as a specialist in occupational safety. Multiannual experience in HSE work in industry, preferably in plant engineering, will bring you along. You have experience in implementing HSE programs and initiatives. You have knowledge of relevant national and international HSE standards and regulations. We require very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English skills are of advantage. When handling MS Office you are very safe. Your strengths include an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working. The ability to communicate across all hierarchical levels, team skills and enforcement skills are yours. The readiness to further education completes your profile.
