You support our key account management in operating daily business. You process customer requests – by phone and in writing – and manage orders efficiently and reliably. You prepare offers in the CRM and make sure everything runs on time. You create and plead customer-related documents as well as contract documents. You always keep our customer database up-to-date and consider high data quality. You take coordination tasks at the interface between our internal areas.

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in the back office or in a similar position – ideally in the Key Account area. You are safe in handling MS Office, especially with Outlook, Word, Excel and teams. You communicate clearly, like to organize and keep track of multiple tasks. You work service-oriented and enjoy dealing with customers. You go on your own and structured tasks. You are a team player and show flexibility when it comes to it.
