Organisation and coordination of administrative procedures in clinical trials Planning and organisation of study initiations and appointment management Monitoring and organisational support of monitor visions including pre- and post-processing and documentation Documentation of study-relevant data and management of the study folders and study documents Administrative settlement and settlement of studies Communication and cooperation with internal and external study partners

Complete training, ideally in the medical, scientific or commercial field Professional experience in the administrative supervision of clinical studies GCP identifiers and corresponding certification are desirable Good English knowledge of word and writing as well as safe handling of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) Self-contained, structured and reliable operation with a pronounced organizational design Teamability, commitment and flexibility in handling changing requirements
