Planning, commissioning and coordination of rental structures and CAPEX measures Responsible technical support for a small number of high-quality and complex commercial properties Control of maintenance from planning to the tender process to the selection and control of service providers Developing and implementing ESG concepts Regular visits, maintenance and budget planning, displaying modernisation needs and potential for improvement First contact for tenants, owners and service providers in all technical matters Control and support of technical consulting projects

Studies in the field of engineering, architecture or technical building management or completed technical training in Facility Management or TGA Multiannual experience in the field of technical management of commercial property or facility management First (Junior) or multi-year experience in technical project management and implementation of ESG measures Responsible and committed work Quick conception and desire for new Communication and organisational skills Very good German and good English skills
