For our Customer Service field in Tribe Service Management Solutions (KDSSMS), we are looking for you in full or part time as Application Engineer (m/w/d) in Münster from 30 hours a week. Your activity is assigned to the Chapter/Squad Log Management. Here you work with 8 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives

Your activity focuses on developing, developing and configuring our log management processes in combination with hybrid operating scenarios (on-prem, cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, Google Cloud). The focus is on the co-design and programming of the automation of the processes in log management due to the continuously growing log volume. Your tasks include integration and continuous optimization of protocol data processing in hybrid operating scenarios. You are responsible for the processing, provision and analysis of technical and technical structured and unstructured protocol data and their visualization in interactive dashboards. You are part of our team in central log management and work together as a cross-border interface with other teams by connecting the requirements for log management from SW development, platform operation and customer environments.

Personality with profile

You have a completed degree in Business Informatics (FR SW Engineering or System Integration) as well as several years of relevant professional experience or an IT training (manufacturer*in, merchant/woman for IT system management) and many years of relevant professional experience or comparable qualification. You have (detailed) DevOps knowledge to operate and develop services in hyperscaler environments and bring knowledge into common Infratructure-as-Code (IaC) applications (e.g. Terraform, Ansible). In addition, you have knowledge in the use of Linux and Windows server operating systems and basic knowledge in a script language such as Python or Perl. You have good analytical thinking, independent and structured working methods, team skills and communication skills.
