2nd Level Support (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Support in the installation, configuration and updating of hardware and software • Analysis and elimination of technical problems, both remotely and locally • Acceptance and documentation of IT requests in 2nd level support • Provide friendly and professional communication to ensure the satisfaction of users • Close cooperation with the team to develop sustainable solutions
