Social pedagogue with state recognition wanted

The rural adult education in Niedersachsen e.V. is looking for a workshop for people with mental impairment, a social pedagogue for the accompanying service.

Tasks:

• Support for social difficulties and personal hazards to participants: in the workshop, in partner companies and in the private sector
• Advise and convey problems and conflicts with colleagues, instructors:
• Support in managing everyday and special tasks in the private sector (e.g. housing search and facility, legal affairs, building and maintaining a social network, active leisure activities)
• Mainly responsible for creating and updating individual integration plans and accompanying employees throughout the education process
• Planning, preparation and evaluation of information, reception, welcome, reflection and planning discussions with interested parties: Employees
• preparation and implementation of the interview, tests and group exercises in the input process, evaluation of the results of the input process
• Creating the results of potential analysis and operational suitability
• placement of work trials, internships and outsourced training places
• Support for employees in the transition to regulated employment and training outside the WfbM
• Designing and organizing the offers of comprehensive competence formation
• Organizing medical and psychological care
• Advising partner companies on guidance and training methodology and on questions of inclusion
