Full-time or part-time Quality Representative (m/f/d)

These tasks await you: Quality management manual (QMH): updating, supplementing and maintenance of procedures and work instructions. Audits & nursing visas: planning and carrying out internal audits (audits) as well as care visas to verify the quality of care. Process optimization: Analysis of workflows and adaptation to legal requirements, preferably digitization. Staff training: guidance of nurses, advice on care documentation and implementation of quality circules. Interface function: cooperation with the care service management, team management, administration and central quality management. Reporting: creation of QM reports and evaluation of risk areas.

We wish you: You already have a three-year completed training as a state-approved nurse (m/w/d) You have completed a further education on the Quality Representative in Social Affairs (m/w/d) Or: you have a comparable professional qualification or training Experience in the outpatient service, ideally in quality management is of advantage, but no need You possess responsibility and organizational skills You work structured, targeted and have a strong communication and team capability You have a communication strength and pedagogical skills to motivate employees You are motivated, have ideas and initiative and want to make careers in healthcare Class B licence is required
