Strategic and operational personnel planning in close cooperation with the supervised executives, as well as ensuring a demand-oriented personnel recovery and staff placement Comprehensive support for executives and employees in all personnel-relevant issues – including work-related advice, conflict cases and separation processes Accompanying the Employee Life Cycle from contracting and onboarding, remuneration and personnel development to succession planning, talent management and offboarding Control and further development of HR processes and instruments, including in the operational integration management and in the case of dispatches Advice and support for personnel development measures, including design, planning and implementation of training and other development formats Cooperation and takeover of responsibility in P&C projects and special topics on the continuous development of our HR services, processes and activities

Study or training with further education Focus on HR or comparable discipline Ideally 3 years of professional experience in a generalistic P&C function Good knowledge of labour law MS-Office knowledge; Advantages of SAP Success Factors Very good knowledge of German and English Integrity, solution-oriented thinking, organizational ability
