In the role as a shift manager*in you are responsible for the planning and coordination of the production of our products according to the quality specifications. With three employees in the layer, you will ensure a smooth process when the production plants are turned on, operated and monitored. You control and monitor material flow within production, so that the products meet the specific customer requirements. In addition to the operational tasks, you opt for processes and plants to continuously increase productivity and ensure consistent compliance with work and safety standards. You can also set high demands on your team when it comes to cleaning and maintenance work. Your organizational talent combined with your technical and communicative skills will enable you to ensure order and cleanliness in the production environment, as well as advance the development of your own team.
