Your tasks:

• Date management: preparation of schedules, voting of dates and filing of session documents including decisions
• Contract management: Participation in the filing and maintenance of contract overviews
• Ordering overview: Ensuring the overview of assignments
• Signature processes: organisation and monitoring of signature processes
• Financial monitoring and reporting of financial plans, annual budgets and invoices
• Timely transmission: transmission of documents and collection of evaluations to service providers
• Project Management Office: Close cooperation with the internal project management office and further development of the monitoring structures

Your qualifications:

• Complete Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering or Economics with a focus on finance, controlling, accounting and preferably experience in the energy industry
• Reliability, liability, sense of time, communication strength, independent work and high quality standards
• Joy in working in the team and handling numerous interfaces
• Very good German and English skills
• Very good MS Office identifiers, in particular Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Tools for appointment
