Head of our event banquet and catering department Organisation and monitoring of events - Responsible for the smooth organisation and implementation of events Ensure high guest satisfaction and the total care of the guests Treatment of guest complaints Control and proper accounting in the cash register system Responsibility for complying with all legal requirements regarding hygiene and safety Participation in Function meetings – close coordination with banquet sales, kitchen, stewarding and floristics Personnel planning – leadership of a team of about 40 employees. Ensuring and monitoring the quantitative and qualitative staff levels. Schedule and holiday planning Cooperation with external personnel services companies Training and further development of the team

Completed training Hotel or restaurant Found professional experience in the banquet area Experience in leading function Commitment and self-employment Servicement and joy at the guest EDV knowledge desirable Very good knowledge of German and English
