The MEDIAN Klinik Hohenlohe in Bad Mergentheim is a specialist clinic for orthopedic and geriatric rehabilitation and has been active in rehabilitative medicine for over 20 years. About 200 beds are available for orthopedic rehabilitation. The clinic is located in the centre of Taubertal in the immediate vicinity of the spa park of Bad Mergentheim. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) We are looking for an applicant who likes to earn good, but at the same time the motivation and joy of the employees are at the heart, as is empathy and the pleasure of patient treatment.

You take over the medical management of the Orthopaedia department and work closely with the therapy management and other professional groups. You develop the subject area, taking into account medical quality standards, economic framework conditions and innovative therapeutic concepts. Together with the commercial management, you will be responsible for the operational business of the department and work on patient, assignor and team-oriented. You lead and develop the medical team and promote their professional development and further training. You design interdisciplinary cooperation and lead medical and interdisciplinary team meetings. You ensure high-quality medical treatment and documentation that meets the requirements. You represent a patient-oriented and value-estimating supply culture. You contribute to the further development of medical quality, patient satisfaction and positive external perception of the clinic. You continue to cultivate and develop the network for acute clinics, established doctors and other instructors and cooperation partners.

You are a specialist (m/w/d) for orthopedics or orthopedics and trauma surgery. Ideally, you have the additional name of social medicine or rehabilitation. You have experience in rehabilitation and have a strong medical and economic understanding. You enjoy developing and implementing multimodal treatment concepts. You convince by leadership, communication skills, empathy and a binding occurrence. You have fluent knowledge of German in word and writing. You appreciate the interdisciplinary cooperation and the active development of a medical team.
