Shift Supervisor | Chemical industry

We are looking for two shift guides (gn).

Total responsibility for production facilities and employees within your shift Ensuring compliance with working safety standards, product quality and planned quantities Cooperation and coordination with warehouse/logistics, quality assurance and technology Identification of optimization potentials in ongoing operation and cooperation on continuous improvement processes

Complete training on master, technician or comparable qualification Found experience in the leadership and development of teams, ideally in the production environment Ready to work in shift operation (3 layers, 24/7) High quality and safety awareness as well as a self-responsible, structured way of working Communication strength and joy in cross-team cooperation
