Own-responsible costing of projects in the field of civil engineering, line construction and horizontal flush drilling (HDD) Examination and evaluation of tender documents, performance directories and plan documents Determination of material, equipment, subcontractors and personnel costs for demanding infrastructure projects Developing technical and economic offering concepts in close cooperation with department management and tender management Acquisition and Evaluation of Subcontractor and Supplier Offerings Examination of opportunities and risks of the respective projects as well as drafting alternative and optimization proposals Support for yield calculations and project-related claim management Participation in award negotiations and technical bidding discussions Continuous care and further development of costing standards and key figures

Continuing training for masters or technicians in civil engineering, completed studies in civil engineering, or alternatively a commercial or technical training with relevant professional experience Solid professional experience in the calculation of civil engineering projects in pipeline construction, pipeline construction or infrastructure construction Ideally experience with HDD drilling methods, cable trays, pipeline projects or comparable infrastructure measures Safe handling of performance directories, VOB & BGB and relevant costing procedures Good knowledge of a common costing software as well as in MS Office applications Embossed technical understanding and good economic thinking Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation German language skills and basic knowledge of English Teamability, sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
