As a central contact person in the sales service, you are the link between our international customers, national service centers and our internal departments Through your service-oriented action, you contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty You secure customer and sales support by telephone and support our sales regions You take the appointment and follow-up of important orders, projects and offers You actively support our service centers, coordinate enquiries and keep our CRM system up to date You participate in the strategic development of customer relationships and make an important contribution to increasing sales The care of prices and conditions completes your profile

You have a successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector, ideally in the building materials industry or a comparable international environment with first experience in outbound telephony Joy of telephone customer contact and a safe, communicative appearance A structured, reliable and resilient operation You are an absolute team player, keep an overview even in stressful situations and convince with an open-minded, solution-oriented personality You will learn very well in MS Office programs, ideally also experience in CRM and SAP systems, as well as good English skills
