As a data expert (m/w/d) in the field of transformation consulting, you are part of our data strategy excellence and supports companies in implementing data-driven transformation projects. Data Value Exploration, Enabling Data Literacy, Data Transformation and Data Performing Enterprise are of particular importance to us.

• Our customers rely on your experience in transformation consulting at medium and top level. You have already accompanied numerous projects across all phases – from initiation to successful completion.
• You can pick up and integrate all relevant audiences effectively. You will be convinced with a strong analytical understanding in the evaluation of strategies, organizational structures, processes and corporate cultures.
• You develop data transformation plans (incl. phases and milestones), establish agile methods in data teams (e.g. Analytics Squads) and support the communicative implementation of strategic target images.
• You accompany the development of scalable data organizations including operating models, data governance structures (rolling, processes, bodies) and competence centers.
• You define KPIs, set monitoring and reporting structures and use change management methods such as ADKAR or Kotter as well as stakeholder mapping.
• With your technology affinity, you keep an overview of modern data platforms, BI tools, cloud services and current AI trends.
• You will certainly present results on C-Level level, moderate workshops and bring a high level of communication.
• You actively control decision-making processes, structure complex amounts of data and derive sound hypotheses and action options.

• You have extensive experience in implementing data-driven transformation projects – focusing on change management, strategy communication and process optimization.
• You have expertise in the fields of data strategy, operating model design, agile work in data teams and data governance structures.
• You bring experience in the analysis and optimization of data-driven processes and understand how to actively shape organization-wide data communities.
• You think entrepreneurial, can link data-use-cases with strategic business KPIs and derive sound cost-benefit analyses from them.
• You will bring travel and want varied projects with leading companies of various industries.
• You stay professionally at the heart of time, follow up current developments in the area of Data & Analytics with enthusiasm and use the exchange with experts for continuous further development.
• You have the ability to communicate safely at different hierarchical levels and actively establish relationships and have pronounced presentation skills in German and English.
