The St. Josefs-Stift accompanies more than 450 people with mental or multiple disabilities with diverse offers in the areas of living, work, therapy, education, leisure, art and culture. Over 650 employees work in and around Eisingen, Würzburg, Aschaffenburg and Kitzingen. St. Josefs-Stift is part of the non-profit company association Tatenwerk. Our home (cardinal-from-galen house) offers people with the most severe multiple disabilities a home in which they are not only supplied, but seen, understood and accompanied. We rely on individual, value-assurance support based on rest, empathy and professional know-how. As a health and nursing agent, you are a central part of our team. You accompany our residents: in everyday life, supports health care, promotes their everyday skills and promotes structure, safety and well-being. You work closely with therapist:inside, doctor:inside and other partners:into ensure holistic care. Our team accompanies the inhabitants: in all phases of life – also at the end of life. A dignified palliative accompaniment is of course for us, together with Hospizverein and cooperation partners: we create space for closeness, dignity and peace. We are more than a job – we are a family team that supports each other, laughs together and masters challenging times together. .
