You are the central interface between operations, customers and management. You analyze processes directly on site, identify potential for improvement and implement them together with the teams. Your focus is on productivity, quality and profitability – always with a clear view for pragmatic solutions in everyday operating conditions.

Analysis & control Analysis of processes along the supply chain Evaluation of central KPIs and derivation of concrete measures Creation of reports and decision bases Process improvement Identification and implementation of optimizations in operational operation Application of Lean Methods (e.g. 5S, Kaizen) Support and coaching of teams in improvement initiatives Projects Management and implementation of projects (e.g. ramp-ups, WMS, optimizations) Control of timetables, resources and voting Customers & Interfaces Contact for customers in optimizations and projects Presentation of results and KPIs

Studies or comparable experience in logistics, supply chain or operations Experience in analysis, process optimization or project management Secure handling of data (e.g. Excel, BI tools) Hands-on mentality and communication strength Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Lean or Six-Sigma identifiers are advantageous Own initiative, sense of responsibility and motivation to actively develop and improve processes
