Welcome to the world of tea making! As a production employee (m/w/d) in tea production, an exciting task awaits you in an interesting production environment. You will work in a dynamic environment where the highest quality and love for the product are at first place. You actively contribute to the production of one of the most popular drinks in the world and help millions of people start their day with a cup of luck.

• You are responsible for the operation and monitoring of tea production machines.
• You control the quality of the products according to internal and external standards.
• You take care of compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• You support general tasks in production, such as packaging or storing the products.
• You're reporting malfunctions and working closely with the maintenance team.

We are looking for

We are looking for team members who are reliable, motivated and with an eye for detail. Pre-knowledge in food or tea production is not absolutely necessary, as we teach you everything necessary. The following conditions are important:

• You have basic knowledge of the German language in word and writing.
• You work independently, carefully and responsibly.
• You're a real team player and you bring flexibility.
• You have the willingness to work shifts (spring, late and night shifts, possibly weekend work).
• Ideally, you have first experience in production, but no requirement.
