Project Manager Landscape Architecture (m/f/d)

You conduct and monitor outdoor projects independently in the performance phase 8 to HOAI. You coordinate and tax the exporting companies as well as all those involved in the project. You make sure that appointments, costs and quality are always in sight. You monitor the design with regard to planning, performance directory, performance quality and technical regulations. You organize and conduct construction meetings. You document the construction process and run the construction journal. You're reviewing scales, invoices and supplements. You accompany decreases, follow defects and ensure their elimination. You keep the costs in mind and are contact for our clients, specialist planners, authorities and exporting companies.

A completed study of landscape architecture, landscape construction or free space planning, or a completed further education for the state-tested horticultural technician (m/w/d), ideally focusing on gardening and landscape construction.

Ideally, professional experience in the construction management or project management of outdoor installations. Good knowledge of HOAI, VOB and relevant standards and guidelines. A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working. Communication strength, organizational talent and joy in cooperation with different project participants. Safe handling of MS Office; Knowledge of AVA software is advantageous. Class B licence.
