As a production employee (m/w/d), you are an important part of our team and provide trouble-free production. In a modern working environment, you work in 3-shift operation and actively contribute to producing high-quality products. This position will give you an excellent opportunity to start your career and acquire practical skills that will characterize you later.

• ensuring a smooth production process by operating and monitoring the machines
• Implementation of quality controls to ensure product standards
• Participation in maintenance and maintenance of production plants
• Compliance with safety regulations and corporate guidelines
• Active participation in improvement proposals

We are looking for

• Ready to work in 3-shift operation
• Basic technical knowledge is advantageous, but no prerequisite
• You convince by a careful and precise way of working
