Conception, implementation and communication (40%): You design and realize modern workplace solutions and answer rollout, communication and enablement into the organization You independently analyze requirements from specialist areas and translate them into process designs as well as sustainable operating concepts Through training, guidelines and coaching, you will strengthen the user know-how and build a sustainable multiplier network Ensuring operations (60%): As a rule, you ensure the stability and quality of the supervised applications, infrastructures and services You actively participate in Incident, Change and Major Incident processes and evaluate technical impacts on operation As a central interface, you coordinate specialist areas, IT support and service providers and control the takeover of new services into operation

Complete study of computer science or business management or comparable specialist training with additional qualification Multiannual experience in the Modern Workplace environment, in GKV processes as well as sound knowledge in ITSM, process analysis and IT projects Practice in dealing with technologies such as M365, Entra ID, Intune, Citrix, Jira/Confluence and in the field of communication and collaboration platforms and user/right management Extensive analytical capability, high result orientation and a structured, quality-conscious working style Strong communication and coaching competency combined with conceptual strength and the willingness to take over operational responsibility Team spirit as well as a sovereign occurrence in cooperation with stakeholders, departments and service providers
