We are looking for a technical manager (w/m/d) for our team Asklepios Service Technik GmbH at the Wiesbaden location in full or part time

Asklepios Service Technik GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Asklepios Clinics and in the field of non-medical services and technology.

Responsibility for managing the entire hospital operation technology for the safe operation of the technical facilities. Employee management of 7 people. Planning, implementation and monitoring of all necessary tests and maintenance and maintenance measures. Cost control of operating costs. Planning and coordination of employees. Monitoring and compliance with safety and accident prevention regulations, technical hygiene directives and fire safety regulations. Acquisition of smaller construction projects and participation in the planning and coordination of major reconstruction projects. Cover maintenance and customer service activities Competent order acceptance, processing and feedback via a software-supported CAFM system

Study of hospital engineering, electrical/supply technology or comparable. Master/technique enhancement in the electrical engineering or equivalent. Knowledge in project management. Ideally multi-year professional experience. Knowledge of technical building equipment and automation. Experience in leadership of employees desirable. Experience in the environment of health care is desirable. Economic, solution-oriented thinking, negotiation skills and enforcement ability. Team player and organizational skills. Very good MS Office knowledge. High levels of loadability and readiness to use.
