You are responsible for the construction, development and maintenance of our production controlling instruments, in particular in the areas of performance, quality and personnel and plant efficiency analyse production processes, identify vulnerabilities and show optimization potential in the areas of performance, productivity and personnel use You carry out time studies in primary and secondary fields, and you determine process times within our production processes Ensuring the care and further development of our cross-work performance assessment You will start regular reports, meaningful evaluations and ad hoc analyses and provide a sound basis for decision making. Creation and maintenance of reports for individual production areas and ensuring a reliable data base You take care of the BDE master data as well as the SAP master data for performance and personal processes

You have a completed technical teaching or a comparable training A REFA basic training as well as ideally first experience in the time economy or in the production controlling you bring You have very good German and English skills In dealing with MS Office and SAP you are versed Embossed technical understanding, analytical thinking, and a good sense of relationships in complex production processes characterize you You work independently, structured and accurate and enjoy analyzing processes and demonstrating potential for improvement Communication strength, team spirit and the joy of working with different production areas complete your profile
