Direct cooperation and reporting to the location managers with close insight into the operational sales work Own-sponsored acquisition of projects for the further development of the site with a focus on sales strategies and processes Full knowledge of NOWEDA along the entire process chain, focusing on sales and logistics Support for customer support and advice and analysis of customer data to optimize sales activities Promoting smooth communication and cooperation between departments to ensure efficient sales processes Practical application and development of your knowledge in trade and sales in a dynamic environment

Good (specialised)higher education and completed commercial training, ideally in wholesale and foreign trade or distribution First experience in sales is advantageous Interest in business processes and logistics processes in pharmaceutical wholesale Extensive numerical affinity and joy in working with key figures, analyses and economic contexts Strong communicative skills and safe occurrence in dealing with customers and business partners Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation – also in the dynamic sales environment Very good German knowledge (C1)

Dual degree Bachelor of Arts (BA) in cooperation with the Dual University of Saxony (DHSN) Varied theoretical and practical phases in the 3-month rhythm over 6 semesters In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical wholesale “from the Pike to” at our Chemnitz/Rossau branch with quick takeover of responsibility for own projects Attractive, monthly study grade and personal care by experienced mentors – individual promotion and development Start of study on 01.10.2026
