You carry out visits, assessments and damages of cash and liability damage in the field of external services. You evaluate damages, comprehendable calculations and initiate appropriate measures to mitigate damage. You are a technical contact:in our partner workshops and supports the specialist departments in technical questions. You communicate and negotiate with insurance companies:inside, claimants:inside, workshops, lawyers:inside and other parties. You're reviewing expert and cost proposals. You can document your results and inform the regional expert about relevant or special damages. For mass damage events, e.g. elementary damage, you can flexibly support the damages and assessment.

Technical & technical competence: You have a training as a motor vehicle engineer:in, body builder:in, engineer:in or a comparable qualification with experience in body repair. You also have many years of experience in the assessment and calculation of vehicle damage as well as good knowledge in Audatex and/or DAT. Analytical & solution-oriented competence: You judge damage images structured, meet informed decisions and can explain your assessments in a comprehensible manner. Customer & Communication Competence: You communicate confidently and solution-oriented with different contact persons:inside and can also find good solutions for different interests. Own Initiative & Responsibility: You work independently, organize and reliably and take responsibility for your damages - even with high workloads. Flexibility: You quickly adjust to different damages and situations and, if necessary, also assists with major damage events.
