Ensuring attractive and high-quality training Organisational, economic and personnel management of the training area for wholesale and logistics Expansion and further development of the training area and optimization of the quality of training Communication about the generations Recruiting trainees Creation of training contracts Strategic and content orientation of the training area Participation in working groups of vocational schools and in working days Preparation, organisation and participation of various azuubi events Control of work and learning success Editing the time recording of trainees in SAP Regular meetings with trainees Introduction to a fixed employee

We expect you to have several years of professional experience in the field of training. In addition to a commercial training and training examination, you should have a safe occurrence, a sense for young people today and a pronounced leadership and social competence. A high level of communication skills, team skills, self-initiative, enforcement ability and fun to handle young people round off your profile.
