Trainer / Learning Companion for Electronics Technician Industrial Engineering and Mechatronics (m/f/d)

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as an instructor/learning companion for Electronic Engineering and Mechatronics (w/m/d) for Deutsche Bahn AG at the Esslingen site at Neckar. Your tasks:

You promote and motivate trainees according to their individual skills The planning of the planned training phases according to the operational training plan (BAP) is also one of your tasks You provide the knowledge and skills defined in the training regulation and defined in the BAP in the training workshop Continuous development of our training concepts and processes is also your responsibility The design of a project-oriented training with the use of modern media and methods as well as the support of trainees in all technical training phases are your tasks The professional guidance of trainees in current state-of-the-art activities, including work organisation and educational aspects, is also an important part of your role. You can be used across the site, and your cooperation in audit committees is explicitly desired, depending on your needs and framework conditions.

Your profile:

A completed training as an electronics technician for operating technology or a comparable degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics forms the basis for this position; a master qualification or willingness to acquire it is also expected You show a high willingness to work quickly into new areas of work and, if necessary, to take over temporary operations at other locations in the region Your own initiative and an independent way of working You bring a high degree of commitment and ideally have a pedagogical suitability — preferably with a qualification according to AEVO The sovereign handling of common office applications is assumed and knowledge about BKU, Navigator or the MLS platform is advantageous You convince by a clear and secure communicative competence A pronounced team capacity is indispensable for this role
