Together with our clients, we are looking for an experienced personality in the technical planning HKLS, who wants to contribute and develop technical expertise in a partnership-oriented environment.

In this role, you bring your expertise into the planning and development of challenging projects, process technical issues independently and work closely with project management, contractors and other project participants. Independently responsible planning and design of systems of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation technology within demanding TGA projects Creation of technical concepts and participation in the development of economic and sustainable planning solutions Coordination and coordination with internal departments and external planning partners and project participants Support for tendering, awarding and technical evaluation of tenders Participation in object monitoring including quality, cost and time tracking Technical support of the projects over all phases of performance

Successfully completed technical training in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) or studies in the fields of utility technology, energy and building technology, energy system technology, etc., ideally with a suitable vocational training to the plant mechanic or technician for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology Experience in the planning and design of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation systems (HKLS) Safe handling of MS Office as well as ideal knowledge in tender and CAD programs Structured and independent operation with high technical quality standards Team-oriented personality with good communication skills and professional appearance
