As a product manager in the field of light, you will immediately influence the safety, quality and sustainability of new product developments before market launch. You manage the processes for testing and certification of products together with our customers, manufacturers and test laboratories. As an experiencedr expert in the field of light, you will be able to support customers with your knowledge together with a team of experts and sales. You are happy to support sales in technical questions and calculations and organize the technical and efficient project preparation and subsequent coordination of tests, inspections and certification. A focus is on the technical standards of product safety in addition to further product requirements for aspects such as EMC, radio, pollutants and sustainability aspects. As a product managerin, you can update your service portfolio according to customer regulations, standards and market requirements. You always keep your knowledge up-to-date in cooperation with the test laboratories and also about cooperation in various specialist bodies on product safety and sustainability. You will always have a look at aspects such as quality, delivery reliability, cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

As a product manager in the field of light, you manage the performance processes for testing and certification of products together with our customers and laboratories. As an expert in the field of lighting technology, you will fully support the customers. You support sales in technical issues and calculations. You will be supported by the laboratory in the technical details. Professionally efficient project preparation and subsequent coordination and support in audits, inspections and certification are among their further tasks. You will always have a look at aspects such as quality, delivery reliability and customer satisfaction. As a competent*r expert for product testing and certification, update your service portfolio on IT/AV and laboratory equipment according to customer regulations, standards and market requirements. One focus is on the standard series IEC/EN/UL/CSA 60598, 61347, 62560, 62384, 62031, 62,24, 62717, 50171, 61439.

Studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering with a focus on electrical engineering or comparable qualification with good electrotechnical knowledge Professional experience in the field of light, with regard to testing, inspection and certification and the applicable directives and standards Good knowledge of English (B2.2) and knowledge of German Travel readiness (approx. 20-40%) Routinized handling of MS Office, Excel and Power Point, as well as various standard software applications we require
