Tasks

• No cold acquisition: You benefit from high-quality leads from our comparison portal, as all customers have already made an active request
• Independent and success-oriented consulting: You develop tailor-made insurance solutions and treat our customers from the request to the conclusion of the contract
• Use of innovative consulting tools: We work with our CRM system developed specifically for us and use video consulting, desktop sharing, digital signature and other modern approaches
• Link between customers and insurance partners: between our customers and our insurance partners to ensure optimal insurance coverage

Profile

• Education: You have a completed training, e.g. as an insurance businessman, merchant/wife for insurance and finance, also with training as a specialist (m/w/d)
• Experience: You bring first experiences in the insurance industry and/or in sales to best advise our customers
• Communication strength: You are convinced by your friendly appearance on the phone, you are required to learn German language
• Open to new: ambition, commitment and motivation complete your profile
