Quality Assurance Employee (m/w/d)

We are looking for our customers in potato production at the Schwarmstedt site at the closest possible time for motivated support in quality assurance in 3-shift operation (spring, late and night shift). The job is to be filled in full time.

• Operations for the monitoring of hygiene, quality and processes - Evaluation of production documents - Organisation and documentation of tastings - Support for the implementation of improvement measures - Input control and analysis of goods - Implementation of chemical and microbiological finished products analyses - Hygiene and cleaning controls - Training preparation and implementation - Participation in internal and external audits - Maintenance of the glass disaster

• Complete training in the food sector, studies in food technology, ecotrophology or comparable qualification - communication strength and enforcement capacity in hygiene and quality issues - Structured, conscientious and independent working methods - Safe handling of MS office applications
