You take over the management of building projects – from planning, tendering and awarding to acceptance and documentation The technical, timely and economic management of the projects is your responsibility, as is the maintenance of quality objectives In close coordination with specialist planners:inside, construction monitoring and internal interfaces, you will ensure a smooth project run You check and evaluate planning documents, supplements and cost developments and ensure transparent project communication The compliance of statutory, technical and contractual requirements (e.g. VOB, HOAI, VV-Bau) is of course for you When voting with authorities, reviewers:inside, users:inside and external partners, you will be confident and represent the interests of DB InfraGO

Your profile:

A successfully completed study in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline forms the basis of your success You have experience in the development, planning or construction of construction projects – ideally in the public or infrastructural environment Secure handling of MS Office, project management tools and ideally with SAP or iTWO is routine for you With the relevant regulations (HOAI, VOB / VOL, Landesbauordnungen) you are perfectly familiar and use them safely Care, self-responsibility and a structured way of working – you also keep an overview of complex projects You communicate clearly, addressable and binding – both internally and in exchange with external partners:inside Readiness to travel within the region completes your profile
