For our contract logistics location Hamburg Wilhelmsburg we are looking for you as:

Teamleiter Lager / Logistik (m/w/d) Your future tasks:

• Professional leadership and motivation of a team (up to 25 employees) in shift operation.
• Responsibility for the incorporation of new team members.
• Organisation of team discussions and support in personnel planning.
• Ensure order processing according to customer specifications.
• Ensuring the achievement of targets in terms of volume and productivity in the area of responsibility.
• Monitoring and ensuring correct workflows.
• Control of the quality of work, carrying out process controls and organisation of retraining if necessary.

What we want from you:

• Ideally completed training in the field of logistics / warehouse or a comparable qualification.
• Multiannual professional experience in logistics, first leadership experience advantageous.
• Good knowledge of logistics processes, ideally commissioning experience.
• Embossed communication and escalation capabilities, good knowledge of German, English is advantageous.
• Motivation for personal and professional development.
• Responsible and independent working.
